No, but you can stream from your iPad or iPhone using Airplay.
There was mention of Amazon Video functionality being added to Apple TV, via the online Tech Journals.
Does Apple have an official release date for this functionality to be added to Apple TV ?
with the appletv 4g it's apps, and at that apps developed not by apple but by the provider in this case amazon
in which case apple would not be able to give any release date as that would be up to amazon
if it's the older appletv without an app store then I would not expect new features to be added to those
